This 2.5 day self-care oriented hands-on class covers anatomy and physiology of the abdominal and reproductive organs of women and men. Which addresses the causes and symptoms of a displaced uterus, and demonstrates the self-care massage techniques. The class also addresses herbal, nutritional, emotional, and spiritual support for the massage techniques ensuring thorough understanding of how these techniques facilitate optimal wellness.
The objective of the class is for students to learn how to perform the abdominal self-care massage and other self-care techniques on her/himself and to prepare them for enrollment in the Level 2 Arvigo Professional Training for licensed healthcare practitioners.
