12 drops wild orange
9 drops clary sage
6 drops geranium
6 drops roman chamomile
Combine in a 5ml bottle/roller bottle, fill the remainder with carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil recommended). Apply to pulse points and inhale.
He’ll Never Know
12 drops geranium
6 drops ylang ylang
4 drops clary sage
Combine in a 5ml bottle/roller bottle, fill the remainder with carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil recommended). Apply over lower abdomen and lower back, apply on wrists for emotional support and inhale.
12 drops clary sage
10 drops fennel
7 drops geranium
8 drops lavender
8 drops bergamot
Bonus: 3 drops of rose
Combine in a 10ml bottle/roller bottle, fill the remainder with carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil recommended). Apply over lower abdomen twice daily.
Other helpful oils:
Geranium – apply twice a day over liver, adrenal glands, kidneys – to promote healthy production of progesterone
Grapefruit – 16 drops under tongue or in a capsule every morning to promote healthy production of progesterone
Clary Calm – apply to sides of feet under ankle bones, abdomen and wrists for hormone and mood balancing
Hair Stay There
24 drops rosemary
18 drops cedarwood
14 drops geranium
12 drops peppermint
8 drops lavender
40 drops carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil recommended)
Combine in a 5ml bottle/roller bottle, apply daily before bed or just after a shower, put 4-7 drops in palm of hand, dip fingertips, gently massage throughout scalp, paying special attention to thinning or balding spots.
2 drops of grapefruit to 8 ml (just under one tablespoon) of jojoba and stir. massage the liquid into your scalp using a circular motion with your fingertips. leave on your hair for 30 minutes then wash your hair with a gentle shampoo.
– apply topically or take internally in a capsule
