Directions:
If you are coming from the North: Take I-75 S and take exit 2 (NW 138th St toward Graham Dairy Rd). Keep right at the fork, follow signs for NW 138th St and merge onto 138th St/W 84th St. Merge onto 84th St and turn left at the orange flags into Hialeah Lakes Office Park. Go straight until end of street and park in guest parking. Entrance is next to handicapped parking in rear of building (look for nail salon on 1st floor.) Dial 309 to enter building.
From the South: Continue on FL 826 N to Hialeah. Take exit 2 from I-75 N. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 2 toward NW 138 St/Graham Dairy Rd. Continue onto 138th St/W 84th St and turn left at the orange flags into Hialeah Lakes Office Park. Go straight until end of street and park in guest parking.
