Farrar Duro, AP, FABORM,Dipl.AC
In 2001, Farrar founded Florida Complete Wellness, where she specializes in reproductive acupuncture and herbal medicine, alongside the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy (ATMAT). After earning her degree from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine in 2000 and completing her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shandong, China, she became a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine in 2008.
Motivated by her personal journey of overcoming PCOS and endometriosis through Traditional Chinese Medicine and other natural therapies, Farrar finds deep fulfillment in sharing her expertise. To further this mission, she launched The PCOS Revolution Podcast.
Currently based in Hialeah Gardens, Florida, Farrar continues to provide her knowledge and support to women seeking alternative therapies for optimal reproductive wellness and pain relief.
Beatriz Gutiérrez, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Beatriz Gutierrez, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP, specializes in fertility support, pregnancy, perinatal care, and comprehensive mental health management from infancy to end-of-life. With a wealth of experience in addressing complex medical and emotional needs, Beatriz employs a holistic, patient-centered approach and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Florida National University in Miami, FL, in 2018. Her expertise in weight loss, hormonal health, preventative health, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) greatly enhances the value she brings to our team.

Melissa is a Licensed Acupuncture Physician, Herbalist, and holistic wellness practitioner dedicated to assisting individuals in finding balance, healing, and vitality. Drawing from the extensive wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she employs acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, restorative yoga practices, and lifestyle guidance to enhance the body’s innate healing capabilities.
A Miami native with Brazilian roots, Melissa believes that true healing originates from within. Her approach focuses on treating the entire person—mind, body, and spirit—while fostering a compassionate and supportive environment where patients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Melissa is passionate about helping her patients restore balance, enhance well-being, and feel empowered in their health journeys.
