Farrar Duro, AP, FABORM,Dipl.AC
In 2001, Farrar founded Florida Complete Wellness where she specializes in reproductive acupuncture and herbal medicine, along with Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy (ATMAT). After completing her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shandong, China and earning her degree from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine in 2000, she became a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine in 2008.
Driven by her own experience overcoming PCOS and endometriosis with Traditional Chinese Medicine and other natural methods, Farrar derives immense fulfillment from sharing her knowledge, and in pursuit of this, she founded The PCOS Revolution Podcast.
Today, located in Hialeah Gardens, Florida, Farrar continues to offer her expertise to women seeking alternative therapies to achieve optimal reproductive wellness and pain relief.
Beatriz Gutiérrez, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Beatriz Gutierrez, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP is skilled in fertility support, pregnancy, and perinatal care, as well as mental health management from infancy through end-of-life. Experienced in supporting individuals and families through complex medical and emotional needs with a holistic, patient-centered approach and fluent in English and Spanish. Beatriz received her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Florida National University in Miami, FL in 2018 and her expertise in weight loss, hormonal and preventative health, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) adds significant value to our team.

Melissa is a Licensed Acupuncture Physician, Herbalist, and holistic wellness practitioner dedicated to helping individuals find balance, healing, and vitality. Drawing from the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she uses acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, restorative yoga practices, and lifestyle guidance to support the body’s natural healing abilities.
A Miami native with Brazilian roots, Melissa believes true healing begins from within. Her approach focuses on treating the whole person mind, body, and spirit while creating a compassionate and supportive space where patients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Melissa is passionate about helping patients restore balance, improve well-being, and feel empowered in their health.
